McMinn County Schools is now accepting registrations for McMinn P.R.E.P. — a free before- and after-school program for students in kindergarten though fifth grade. New and returning families are welcome to enroll for the 2026-27 school year.
McMinn P.R.E.P. is offered at four campuses: Calhoun, E.K. Baker, Rogers Creek, and Niota. The program gives students a safe, welcoming place to learn and grow outside the school day, with homework and academic support, hands-on learning activities, career exploration, and opportunities to build friendships.
McMinn P.R.E.P. is funded through the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant, so there is no cost to participating families.
How to Enroll: To register or ask questions, contact the P.R.E.P. coordinator at your child's school.
